A dispensing apparatus for dispensing a beverage. The dispensing apparatus has a diluent flow control valve formed of a first valve seat and a first poppet received within the first valve seat, the first poppet having a simple shape. In addition, the dispensing apparatus has a concentrate flow control valve formed of a second valve seat and a second poppet, the second poppet having a more compound shape than the shape of said first poppet. A valve assembly for controlling fluid flow is also provided.

L'appareil distributeur est muni d'un clapet de commande de débit de diluant formé d'un premier siège de clapet et d'un premier champignon reçu dans le premier siège de clapet, le premier champignon ayant une forme simple. De plus, l'appareil distributeur comporte un clapet de commande de débit de concentré formé d'un deuxième siège de clapet et d'un deuxième champignon, le deuxième champignon comportant une forme plus composée que celle du premier champignon. La présente porte aussi sur un ensemble de clapet pour la commande du débit de fluide.
