Single-stranded oligonucleotides capable of hybridising with the ribosomal RNA 23S of bacteria of genus Listeria, or with one of the strands of the corresponding DNA, are disclosed. The oligonucleotides are particularly useful as probes specific for genus Listeria, or for a species or group of species thereof, as applicable, in detection methods using nucleic probe hybridisation techniques.

Oligonucléotides monocaténaires capables de s'hybrider avec l'ARN ribosomique 23S de bactéries du genre Listeria, ou avec l'un des brins de l'ADN correspondant. Ces oligonucléotides sont utilisables notamment comme sondes spécifiques, selon les cas, du genre Listeria, ou d'une espèce ou d'un groupe d'espèces dudit genre, dans des méthodes de détection utilisant les techniques d'hybridation de sondes nucléiques.
