A rotary harrow having a tractor pull(10), a laterally extending main beam(16), a plurality of sub-frames(18) pivotally attached to the main beam(16) and extending rearwardly therefrom, there being a harrow drum(20) rotably mounted to each sub-frame(18) by a mounting frame(90), each mounting frame(90) including an upper member(92) adjustably mounted on the sub-frame(l8), a first harrow drum mounting member(98) depending from one end of the upper member(92), and a second harrow drum mounting member(100) depending from the other end of the upper member(92), at least one of the first(98) and second(100) harrow drum mounting members being adjustable in height.
