An improved closure apparatus comprising generally of cylindrical members and varied pourable cylindrical spout apparatuses The apparatus comprises an inner sealer ring assembly with a permanent tamper evident seal which mates directly on the neck of a container, the apparatus further comprises an optional spout, funnel, top stopper plug or a multitude of novelty apparatus mechanisms The closure has, but not limited to having a two-piece configuration The pieces of the closure are affixed together to form a one-piece solid construction in its basic form The inner sealer ring assembly hermetically seals and reseals containers during primary use During primary use, the apparatus remains is attached to its mated container so there is reduced throw away and containment of residual liquids and other viscous and pourable materials, condiments and dry goods, preventing splashing and spillage The apparatus further comprises a valve control which performs as an adjustable flow control mechanism that enables atmosphere in, as product is dispensed, reducing gurgling, burping and spitting.
Dispositif de fermeture amélioré comprenant de manière générale des éléments cylindriques et divers dispositifs à tube verseur cylindrique. Le dispositif comprend un ensemble d'anneau d'étanchéité interne doté d'un témoin d'effraction permanent qui s'adapte directement sur le goulot d'un récipient, ledit dispositif comprenant en outre éventuellement un tube, un entonnoir, un bouchon d'arrêt supérieur ou toute une série de mécanismes destinés au nouveau dispositif. La fermeture possède, de façon non limitative, une configuration à deux pièces. Les pièces de la fermeture sont fixées l'une à l'autre de manière à former une structure solide en une seule pièce dans sa forme basique. L'ensemble d'anneau d'étanchéité interne ferme et referme hermétiquement les récipients durant leur première utilisation. Pendant cette première utilisation, le dispositif reste attaché au récipient sur lequel il a été adapté, de manière à ce qu'il ne puisse pas être jeté et que les liquides résiduels ou autres matériaux visqueux et coulants, des condiments ou des produits secs restent confinés dans le récipient, ce qui permet de réduire l'éclaboussement et le déversement. L'appareil comprend aussi une commande à soupape qui fonctionne comme un mécanisme de régulation de flux ajustable pendant la distribution du produit permettant à l'air atmosphérique de pénétrer dans le dispositif et d'empêcher ainsi les glouglous, le gargouillement ou le giclage du produit.
