ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A police baton with crosshandle comprises a baton main body and a crosshandle branched in perpendicular from the baton main at a position longitudinally localized from the center to one end of the baton main body, in which a hand guard rotatable relative to the baton main body around the crosshandle as the center of rotation thereof is disposed to the axial center of the crosshandle. The hand of a baton user gripping the crosshandle can always be protected by the hand guard.
