The invention relates to a preparation comprising one or more iron(III) complex compounds, which have at pH 7 a redox potential of between -324 mV and -750 mV in relation to normal hydrogen electrodes (NHE) and one or more redox- active substances. The carbohydrates are selected from the group containing dextrans and hydrogenated dextrans, dextrines, oxidised or hydrogenated dextrines, pullulans, oligomers thereof and/or hydrogenated pullulans and the redox-active substance(s) is or are selected from the group containing ascorbic acid, vitamin E and cysteine, the group of physiologically compatible phenols and polyphenols consisting of quercetin, rutin, flavones, flavonoids and hydroquinones, or the group containing gluthathione, and is in particular ascorbic acid.

L'invention concerne une préparation comprenant un ou plusieurs composés complexes de fer (III) qui présentent pour un pH de 7 un potentiel redox compris entre -324 mV et -750 mV par rapport à l'électrode normale à hydrogène (ENH), et une ou plusieurs substances à activité redox. Les hydrates de carbone sont choisis dans le groupe comprenant les dextranes et les dextranes hydrogénés, les dextrines, les dextrines oxydées ou hydrogénées, ainsi que le pullulane, des oligomères de ceux-ci et/ou les pullulanes hydrogénés. La ou les substances à activité redox sont choisies dans le groupe comprenant l'acide ascorbique, la vitamine E, la cystéine, les phénols/polyphénols physiologiquement tolérables choisis dans le groupe contenant la quercétine, la rutine, les flavones, les flavonoïdes et les hydroquinones, ainsi que le glutathion, et en particulier l'acide ascorbique.
