An in vivo grafting material, comprising a composite body having a porous- or non-porous resin molding having pores of less than 45 µm in pore diameter or having no pore and organism tissue shielding capability and a porous resin molding having pores of 0.45 µm or larger in pore diameter and organism tissue advancing capability. The material is so formed that a part of the porous resin molding is exposed to the outside and the organism tissue can be advanced to the exposed part.
La présente invention concerne une matière pour la greffe in vivo qui comprend un corps composite comportant un moulage en résine poreuse ou non poreuse dont les pores sont d'un diamètre inférieur à 45 nm ou bien ne comportant pas de pores et qui présente une capacité de protection des tissus d'un organisme, ainsi qu'un moulage en résine poreuse ou non poreuse dont les pores sont d'un diamètre supérieur ou égal à 0, 45 nm et présentant une capacité d'avancement des tissus d'organisme. La matière est formée de telle sorte qu'une partie du moulage en résine poreuse soit exposée à l'extérieur et que le tissu de l'organisme puisse être avancé vers la partie exposée.
