A method of operating a central call control apparatus by plural users is comprised of storing an identification of each user in a directory, storing in compressed form a plurality of predetermined commands spoken by the users, grouped by user, each group with a pointer to a corresponding identification in the directory, indicating an identification in the directory of a service demanding user wishing to initiate a command, upon receipt of a service demanding signal, retrieving a corresponding group of commands linked by the pointer to the identification, and decompressing and storing the group of commands, receiving spoken command words from the service demanding user, comparing the spoken command words with the decompressed group of commands to find decompressed command words, and invoking commands for which command words are found corresponding to the decompressed commands in the decompressed group of commands.
éthode d'exploitation d'un dispositif central de contrôle d'appels par plusieurs utilisateurs consistant à : stocker un identificateur de chaque utilisateur dans un répertoire, stocker sous forme comprimée un certain nombre de commandes prédéterminées parlées par les utilisateurs, groupées par utilisateur, chaque groupe comportant un pointeur correspondant à un identificateur du répertoire, indiquer dans le répertoire l'identificateur d'un utilisateur demandeur de service désireux de lancer une commande, sur réception d'un signal de demande de service, récupérer un groupe correspondant de commandes liées par le pointeur vers l'identificateur, décomprimer et stocker le groupe de commandes, recevoir les mots de la commande parlée de l'utilisateur demandeur de service, comparer les mots de la commande parlée avec le groupe de commandes décomprimé afin de trouver les mots de la commande décomprimée, et appeler les commandes pour lesquelles sont trouvés des mots de commande correspondant aux commandes décomprimées du groupe de commandes décomprimé.
