La présente invention concerne un procédé pour déterminer le degré effectif et/ou souhaité d'une caractéristique de la typologie corporelle d'un individu, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes : a) générer une séquence d'images (21, 22, 23) exprimant ladite caractéristique avec un degré variant progressivement et, b) identifier à l'intérieur de la séquence, au moins une image ou suite d'images correspondant au degré effectif et/ou au degré souhaité de ladite caractéristique.
