The invention relates to a method for producing caprolactam, which is characterized by a) reacting, in the presence of a catalyst, a mixture (I) that contains 6-aminocapronitrile and water in the gaseous phase to give a mixture (II) that contains caprolactam, ammonia, water, high-boiling and low- boiling substances, subsequently b) removing the ammonia from mixture (II), thereby producing a mixture (III) that contains caprolactam, water, high- boiling and low-boiling substances, c) removing the water from mixture (III), thereby producing a mixture (IV) that contains caprolactam, high-boiling and low-boiling substances, and finally d) obtaining by crystallization a caprolactam-containing solid substance (V) from mixture (IV), the weight percentage of caprolactam in the solid substance (V) being higher than in mixture (IV).
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de caprolactame, caractérisé en ce que a) un mélange (I) contenant 6-aminocapronitrile et de l'eau en phase gazeuse est mis à réagir avec un mélange (II) contenant du caprolactame, de l'ammoniac, de l'eau, une substance à point d'ébullition élevé et une substance à point d'ébullition bas, en présence d'un catalyseur, ensuite, b) l'ammoniac est séparé du mélange (II) pour obtenir un mélange (III) contenant du caprolactame, de l'eau, la substance à point d'ébullition élevé et la substance à point d'ébullition bas, puis, c) l'eau est séparée du mélange (III) pour obtenir un mélange (IV) contenant du caprolactame, la substance à point d'ébullition élevé et la substance à point d'ébullition bas, et enfin, d) à partir du mélange (IV), on obtient par cristallisation une matière solide (V) contenant du caprolactame, la part en poids du caprolactame dans la matière solide (V) étant supérieure à celle contenue dans le mélange (IV).
