A rekeyable cylinder and its keys include a core and a plug. A plurality of pin cell is formed respectively in the core and plug and is perpendicular to the axis of keyway in the plug. Each pair of pin cells have a spring, an upper pin and a lower pin disposed therein. In locking status, upper pin is moved into pin cell of plug, and lower pin is moved into keyway, thereby plug cannot rotate or move in axial direction. A first control pin is disposed at one end of the core and engages with an annular groove formed around the circumference of the plug, thus allowing the plug to rotate but cannot make linear movement. A control key can release the first control pin from the annular groove thus allowing plug be pulled out of the core. The lower pin in the plug can be changed and adjusted to match a new key cut profile of a new change key. Thus a change key can be replaced without to replace the cylinder.
