IN EXISTING TOOLS FOR CLEANING PAINT BRUSHES AND PAINT ROLLERS, A SPINNER IS COMMONLY USED. IT IS A MANUALLY OPERATED TOOL HAVING TWO CLAMPS ATTACHED TO THE ROTATING (UPPER) SECTION OF THE TOOL. TO BE ABLE TO OPERATE THE SPINNER, THE OPERATOR HAS TO FORCEFULLY PUSH THE BRUSH THROUGH THE CLAMPS AND PRESS BOTH THE SPINNER AND THE BRUSH PAINFULLY AGAINST THE BODY (ABDOMEN). WITH SPINNOL, THIS OLD AND HARMFUL METHOD OF SECURING THE BRUSH HANDLE IS REPLACED BY A SIMPLE MALE THREAD.
