The invention relates to substituted 5-hydroxyindoles with N-oxide groups, a method for the production thereof, pharmaceutical preparations which contain said compounds and the pharmaceutical use of said compounds which are inhibitors of phosphodiesterase 4, as active substances in the treatment of diseases which can be influenced by the said inventive compounds by means of an inhibition of phosphodiesterase 4 activity, especially in immunocompetent cells (for example, macrophages and lymphocytes).

L'invention concerne des 5-hydroxy-indoles comportant des groupes N-oxyde, des procédés permettant de les produire, des préparations pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits composés, ainsi que l'utilisation pharmaceutique de ces composés, qui sont des inhibiteurs de la phosphodiestérase 4, comme principes actifs pour traiter des affections sur lesquelles il faut influer à l'aide des composés selon l'invention, avec une inhibition de l'activité de la phosphodiestérase 4, notamment dans des cellules immunocompétentes (par ex. macrophages et lymphocytes).
