A particle-coated substrate (in particular, an abrasive material formed by coating a substrate with abrasive particles) in which a substrate is coated uniformly and in a thin layer with cohesive fine particles, a particle ejector for fabricating the coated substrate, a coated substrate fabricating apparatus comprising the ejector, a particle-coated substrate fabricating method (in particular, a method of fabricating an abrasive material in which a substrate is coated with abrasive particles), and an abrasive sheet. Agitation gas is fed through the porous wall of a particle storage container (110) in the ejector, and an ejection gas is fed from an ejector nozzle (120) through the container to deliver the fluidized particles and ejection gas through a discharge tube (130) generally coaxial with the ejection gas nozzle (120). The particle ejector is capable of attaining a uniform particle size distribution without causing the particles to undergo blocking, agglomeration, or bridging.
Cette invention concerne premièrement un substrat enduit de particules (notamment un matériau abrasif formé par enduction d'un substrat avec des particules abrasives), ledit substrat étant enduit uniformément et suivant une couche fine avec de fines particules cohésives, deuxièmement un éjecteur de particules destiné à la fabrication d'un substrat enduit, troisièmement un appareil de fabrication d'un substrat enduit pourvu de cet éjecteur, quatrièmement un procédé de fabrication de substrats enduits de particules (notamment un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau abrasif consistant à enduire un substrat de particules abrasives) et cinquièmement une feuille abrasive. On fait passer un gaz destiné à produire l'agitation des particules à travers la paroi poreuse d'un réservoir de stockage (110) des particules intégré à l'éjecteur, et l'on fait passer à travers ledit réservoir un gaz destiné à produire l'éjection des particules de la tuyère (120) de l'éjecteur de façon à refouler les particules fluidifiées et le gaz d'éjection à travers un tube d'évacuation (130) disposé généralement de façon coaxiale par rapport à la tuyère (120) du gaz d'éjection. Il est possible d'obtenir avec cet éjecteur de particules une distribution uniforme, s'agissant de la taille des particules, sans pour autant que les particules n'aient à subir de blocage, d'agglomération ou de formation de ponts.
