A method and an apparatus for recovering CO2 gas are provided which enable CO2 gas generated in a cement production equipment to be separated in a high concentration and recovered. Raw materials for cement are calcined in any one of the following manners: [1] raw materials for cement to be calcined are superheated in a superheating furnace to a temperature not lower than a calcination temperature and then mixed in a mixing/calcining furnace with fresh raw materials for cement to be calcined; [2] raw materials for cement to be calcined are mixed in a mixing/calcining furnace with part of high-temperature cement clinker discharged from a cement kiln; and [3] a calcining furnace of the external heating type is used. The CO2 gas generated in the calcining furnace is recovered.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour récupérer du gaz CO2 qui permettent au gaz CO2 généré dans un équipement de production de ciment d'être séparé dans une grande concentration, et récupéré. Les matières premières de ciment sont calcinées de l'une quelconque des manières suivantes : [1] les matières premières de ciment devant être calcinées sont surchauffées dans un four de surchauffe à une température non inférieure à une température de calcination, et puis mélangées dans un four de mélange/calcination avec des matières premières de ciment fraîches devant être calcinées ; [2] les matières premières de ciment devant être calcinées sont mélangées dans un four de mélange/calcination, une partie de la scorie de ciment haute température étant évacuée d'un four à ciment ; et [3] un four de calcination du type à chauffage externe est utilisé. Le gaz CO2 généré dans le four de calcination est récupéré.
