The present invention relates to a method of joining sleeves, e.g. paperboard sleeves, which within the paper industry are employed for rolling up manufactured paper webs, wheets webs or the like, in which at least the one joint surface is provided with a first glue strand of a glue of such properties that the glue gives an immediate fixing of the joint parts and said at least one joint surface is provided with a second glue strand of a glue of such properties that the sleeve material in the joint surface and its immediate vicinity are wetted, and thereafter sets, e.g. by drying. The present invention further relates to an apparatus for carrying the method into effect, in which th eone sleeve (2) is placed in a first alignment device (16), that the other sleeve (1) is placed in a second alignement device (17) in which the alignment devices (16, 17) are positioned for aligning the axes of the sleeves (1, 2) with one another, at which a first nozzle (M5) for the first glue strand (5) is provided at the joint surface on at least the one sleeve (1) for applying the first glue strand (5) and in which a second nozzle (M6) for the second glue strand (6) is provided at the joint surface on at least said one sleeve (1) for aplying the second glue strand (6).
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage de tubes, par exemple des tubes en carton, qui sont utilisés dans l'industrie papetière pour enrouler des bandes de papier, des bandes de feuilles manufacturées ou similaires, dans lequel au moins la surface de jonction est dotée d'un premier filet de colle, possédant des propriétés de ladite colle induisant une fixation immédiate des deux parties de jonction, et ladite surface de jonction est dotée d'un second filet de colle, possédant des propriétés induisant le mouillage du matériau constituant les tubes, dans la surface de jonction et sa proximité immédiate, puis, durcissant, par exemple par séchage. La présente invention concerne de plus un appareil de mise en oeuvre dudit procédé, dans lequel l'un des tubes (2) est placé dans un premier dispositif d'alignement (16), l'autre tube (1) est positionné dans un second dispositif d'alignement (17), les dispositifs d'alignement (16, 17) étant positionnés de sorte qu'ils alignent l'axe desdits tubes (1,2) l'un avec l'autre. Par ailleurs, une première buse (M5) pour le premier filet de colle (5) est prévue au niveau de la surface de jonction sur ledit tube (1) afin qu'elle applique le premier filet de colle (5) et une deuxième buse (M6) pour le second filet de colle (6) est prévue au niveau de la surface de jonction sur ledit tube (1), afin qu'elle applique le deuxième filet de colle (6).
