The invention relates to a process for producing a compound of formula (I) wherein R1, R2 and R3 are as defined in the specification, which comprises reacting a lactone with an imine to obtain a chiral diol of formula (IV) oxidizing the diol, condensing the resultant aldehyde with an enolether, hydrogenating the product, and chirally catalytically reducing the resultant ketone.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composé ayant la formule (I) dans laquelle R1, R2 et R3 sont définis dans la description de la demande, le procédé consistant à faire réagir une lactone avec une imine afin d'obtenir un diol chiral ayant la formule (IV), à oxyder le diol, à condenser l'aldéhyde obtenu à l'aide d'un énoléther, à hydrogèner le produit, et à réduire des points de vue chiral et catalytique la cétone obtenue.
