The invention relates to a thickened composition containing pyrogenic silica and a polysaccharide alkyl ether composed of units comprising at least two different glycoside cycles, each unit comprising at least one hydroxyl group substituted with a saturated hydrocarbon alkyl chain. The invention also relates to the use of a pyrogenic silica and the polysaccharide alkyl ether as thickening agent in a composition comprising an organic phase consisting of at least one solvent medium of polysaccharide alkyl ether.

L'invention se rapporte à une composition épaissie contenant de la silice pyrogénée et un alkyléther de polysaccharide formé de motifs comportant au moins deux cycles osidiques différents, chaque motif co.mportant au moins un groupe hydroxyle substitué par une chaîne alkyle hydrocarbonée saturée.
