An ostomy bag (10) with a filter assembly having a gas filter (18) and a pre- filter (14) for preventing or delaying solid/semisolid matter and liquid from reaching the gas filter. The pre-filter is at least substantially flat and comprises a number of constrictions (28) , such as ribs extending along and between two inner surface parts (24, 26) of the channel. These constrictions/ribs form narrower and wider passages where the gas may more quickly pass a narrow passage and where the wider passages tend to receive and hold the liquid, solid matter and semisolid matter. At least a part of one of the surfaces may comprise an interactive agent (100) adapted to interact with the fluid passing through the gas channel.
Poche de stomie (10) dotée d~un ensemble filtrant comportant un filtre à gaz (18) et un préfiltre (14) servant à empêcher ou à retarder la progression de matières solides / semi-solides et liquides jusqu~au filtre à gaz. Le préfiltre est au moins sensiblement plat et comprend un certain nombre d~obstacles (28), tels que des nervures (28) se prolongeant le long de, et entre, deux parties de surface intérieures (24, 26) d~un canal. Ces obstacles / nervures forment des passages rétrécis et élargis. Les gaz ont tendance à traverser plus rapidement les passages rétrécis alors que les matières liquides, solides et semi-liquides ont tendance à emprunter les passages élargis et à s~y accumuler. Une partie au moins d~une des parties de surface peut comprendre un agent interactif (100) conçu pour entrer en interaction avec le fluide traversant le canal de passage de gaz.
