A lamp device includes a socket having a number of blades extended downward from the socket. A head is formed integral with a light bulb and includes two electrodes disposed in the upper portion for engaging through the socket and for engaging with electric wire. A sleeve includes a number of teeth formed in the inner peripheral portion and engaged between the blades. The teeth are engaged with the blades when the sleeve is rotated relative to the socket so as to force the blades toward the head in order to solidly secure the socket to the light bulb.
