A syringe device and a method of preparing medicine using the device capable of easily and accurately performing operations for mixing and dissolving a frozen desiccant into a dissolution liquid when necessary. A double ended needle assembly (10) and an intermediate holder (3) are fitted to the first cylindrical part (11) of a connection holder (6), a first syringe (1) in which the dissolution liquid is stored is inserted into the first cylindrical part through the intermediate holder (3), and a second syringe (2) in which the frozen desiccant is stored in a depressurized state is fixedly inserted into the second cylindrical part (12) of the connection holder (6). First, the intermediate holder (3) is locked by a finger hooking projected piece (51), the first syringe (1) is pushed into the intermediate holder (3) in the locked state of the double ended needle assembly (10) at an initial position by locking ribs (40), and the first syringe (1) is unsealed by one end of the double ended needle (55). Next, the intermediate holder (3) and the double ended needle assembly (10) are pushed into the first cylindrical part (11) by the first syringe (1), and the second syringe (2) in the second cylindrical part (12) is unsealed by the other end of the double ended needle (55).
