A method of providing for the absorption of an oil-based and/or aqueous based additive into an edible molding composition including the steps of supplying an edible molding composition, supplying an oil based and/or aqueous based additive and supplying fiber. The edible molding composition is combined with the oil based and/or aqueous based additive and the fiber, wherein the oil based and/or aqueous based additive is selectively absorbed into the fiber, and the fiber may be distributed within the edible molding composition.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant l'absorption d'un additif à base d'huile et/ou à base aqueuse dans une composition de moulage comestible, procédé consistant à fournir une composition de moulage comestible, à prévoir une alimentation à base d'huile et/ou à base aqueuse, et à prévoir une alimentation en fibres. La composition de moulage comestible est combinée avec l'additif à base d'huile et /ou à base aqueuse et avec les fibres, l'additif à base d'huile et/ou à base aqueuse étant sélectivement absorbée dans les fibres, et les fibres pouvant être réparties dans ladite composition de moulage comestible.
