Object: to improve adhesive power to the skin without impairing excellent gas permeability and water vapor permeability when a laminate film comprising a film, a fiber fabric and an adhesive layer is sealed by heating at the same time in order to prevent an invasion of liquid from a side of the adhesive bandage. Means, in an adhesive bandage comprising a base sheet made by laminating a film on a thermoplastic fiber fabric and an adhesive layer set on a surface of the thermoplastic fiber fabric of the base sheet, the adhesive bandage is pattern-sealed. The heat seal is preferably performed under the condition that the film does not melt but the thermoplastic fiber fabric melts, and only the periphery of the adhesive bandage may be pattern-sealed.
L'invention concerne un pansement adhésif, constitué d'un stratifié composé d'un film, d'un tissu en fibre et d'une couche adhésive, est obtenu par thermoscellage. Elle vise, d'une part, à améliorer la capacité d'adhérence à la peau sans altérer l'excellente perméabilité au gaz et à la vapeur d'eau et, d'autre part, à empêcher un liquide de pénétrer par les côtés du pansement adhésif. A cet effet, un scellage à motif est effectué sur un pansement adhésif constitué d'une feuille de base obtenue par application d'un film sur un tissu de fibre thermoplastique dont la surface est revêtue d'unecouche adhésive. Le thermoscellage est, de préférence, réalisé dans des conditions favorisant la fusion du tissu en fibre thermoplastique mais pas celle du film, et de manière à ce que le scellage à motif s'applique seulement aux parties périphériques du pansement adhésif.
