Provided is a formulation containing amorphous or microcrystalline calcium carbonate finely interspersed with organic matter in a ratio of 10 parts of the carbonate per 1 to 3 parts of the organic matter, wherein the organic matter consists of chitin and polypeptide. The formulation is efficient in treating various pathological conditions, including proliferative diseases, neurological disorders, and musculoskeletal disorders.
L'invention concerne une formulation contenant du carbonate de calcium amorphe ou microcristallin comprenant de la matière organique finement dispersée dans celui-ci en proportion de 10 parties du carbonate pour 1 à 3 parties de la matière organique, ladite matière organique étant constituée de chitine et de polypeptides. La formulation est efficace dans le traitement de différentes affections pathologiques, dont des maladies prolifératives, des troubles neurologiques et des troubles musculo-squelettiques.
