The invention relates to a device (1) for driving a maglev, comprising at least one controllable power supply unit, which is configured to feed at least one multi-phase power supply line (2), and a long stator with stator windings (3) that extend in switching sections (4) of the long stator. Each switching section (4) can be connected to at least one of the power supply lines (2) via an assigned section feed switch (5) and each stator winding (3) has at least one assigned current sensor (8a, 8b, 11a, 11b) for detecting a current and at least one assigned evaluation unit (10, 12, 13) that is connected to the sensor (8a, 8b, 11a, 11b). The aim of the invention is to provide a device of this type that permits a simple, precise overcurrent protection. To achieve this, each current sensor (8a, 8b, 11a, 11b) is configured to detect the current in one phase of each assigned stator winding (3) and the evaluation unit (10, 12, 13) is configured to deactivate the section feed switch (5), if the current detected in each case exceeds a previously defined threshold value.

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) destiné à entraîner un train à sustentation magnétique et doté d'au moins une unité réglable d'alimentation en énergie, laquelle unité est disposée pour alimenter au moins une ligne polyphasée (2) d'alimentation en énergie, et d'un stator long qui comporte des enroulements (3) s'étendant dans des sections de commutation (4) du stator long. Chaque section de commutation (4) peut être raccordée à au moins une des lignes d'alimentation en énergie (2) par un commutateur d'alimentation de section (5) associé. A chaque enroulement de stator (3) sont associés au moins un capteur de courant (8a,8b,11a,11b) qui saisit un courant et au moins une unité d'analyse (10,12,13) relié au capteur de courant (8a,8b,11a,11b). L'invention vise à créer un dispositif qui permette une protection contre les surcharges à la fois simple et précise. A cet effet, chaque capteur de courant (8a,8b,11a,11b) est conçu pour saisir le courant dans une phase de l'enroulement de stator (3) associé et l'unité d'analyse (10,12,13) est conçue pour déconnecter le commutateur d'alimentation de section (5) lorsque le courant saisi dépasse une valeur seuil prédéfinie.
