A forming/film-forming apparatus (700) forms a disk substrate from a stamper (330) formed from an optical display blank (320) and forms a coating film, e.g., a reflective film on the disk substrate to fabricate an optical disk (340). An additional recording apparatus (200) additionally records additional information on the recorded optical disk (340) fabricated by the forming/film- forming apparatus (700). Additional information is recorded on a portion detectable as a pit when a laser beam is applied to a predetermined area of the recorded optical disk (340), and thus an optical disk (350) where the additional information (420) is recorded is fabricated. In such a way, identification information for identifying the optical disk (350) is additionally recorded.
L'invention concerne un appareil de formation (700) de substrat/film permettant de produire un substrat de disque à partir d'une matrice (330) formée à partir d'un support blanc (320) d'affichage optique, et un film de revêtement, par exemple, un film réfléchissant disposé sur ledit substrat de disque afin de fabriquer un disque optique (340). Un appareil d'enregistrement (200) supplémentaire enregistre des informations supplémentaires sur le disque optique (340) fabriqué à l'aide de l'appareil de formation (700) de substrat/film. On enregistre des informations supplémentaires sur une partie détectable sous forme de cuvette lorsqu'un faisceau laser est appliqué sur une zone prédéterminée du disque optique (340) supportant des enregistrements, et on fabrique le disque optique (350) sur lequel les informations supplémentaires (420) sont enregistrées. De cette façon, des informations d'identification permettant d'identifier ledit disque optique (350) sont également enregistrées.
