Disclosed is a device for internal fixation of a femoral head of a femur, the device comprising a) a body portion having, i) a bone plate configured and dimensioned for attachment to the femur with at least one hole for securing the bone plate to the femur with a fastener, and ii) a sleeve connected at an angle to the bone plate and having a bore, and b) an anchor screw having, i) a shaft configured and dimensioned for sliding axial movement within the bore of the sleeve, and ii) a threaded coaxial section attached at an end of the shaft for securing the anchor screw in bone. The threaded section of the anchor screw has multiple threads, and the shaft of the anchor screw has surface features which engage corresponding surface features of the sleeve to prevent rotation between the body portion and the anchor screw while allowing axial movement between the two.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation de têtes d'articulation de hanche fracturées, comprenant une plaque angulaire (1) qui comporte une plaque vissée (2) pouvant être fixée sur le fémur ainsi qu'une douille (3) prolongeant la plaque vissée en formant un angle avec cette dernière. Ce dispositif comprend en outre une vis d'ancrage (10) qui présente une tige (11) pouvant être introduite dans la douille (3) ainsi qu'une partie filetée (12) prolongeant la tige de façon coaxiale, ladite partie filetée présentant un filetage (13) à pas multiples.
