The invention relates to a method and device for controlling production of a mixture of components, in particular a mixture with pre-mix dead volumes. Said method and device provide a multi-variable regulation feedback by a dynamic observer which permits a real-time estimate of the properties of the mixture components which is sufficient to guarantee the efficiency of the feedback loop. The desired properties of the mixture are thus guaranteed, despite significant uncertainty concerning the properties of the components of the mixture and only a partial knowledge of the mixing process.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de contrôle de l'élaboration d'un mélange de constituants, notamment d'un mélange avec volumes morts de pré-mélange. Le procédé et le dispositif selon l'invention assurent une rétroaction de régulation multi variable par un observateur dynamique permettant une estimation en temps réel des propriétés des constituants du mélange, suffisante pour garantir l'efficacité de la boucle de rétroaction. Ainsi, les propriétés désirées du mélange sont garanties malgré des incertitudes importantes sur les propriétés des constituants d'une part, et une connaissance partielle du processus de mélange d'autre part.
