The present invention is generally directed t4 a wall panel assembly incorporating a preferably continuous panel that is bant or folded to form a desired three-dimensional design. The design, for example, can include a pyramid, diamond, star, and the like. The panel is folded or bent by forming a plurality of grooves on tho bank side of the pane. and thereafter bending or folding tho panel about each groove to form the three-dimensional design.
