A method for making a screen assembly for a vibratory separator, the method comprising the steps of gluing together with glue at least two layers of fine screening material, allowing the glue to set to form an a glued-together at least two layers of fine screening material, preheating the glued-together at least two layers of fine screening material, placing the thus-preheated at least two layers of fine screening material in a heating apparatus, placing a coarse mesh layer on the at least two layers of screening material on the heating apparatus, placing on the coarse mesh layer a support with heat activated material thereon for adhering the support to the coarse mesh layer, and heating the coarse mesh layer, the at least two layers of fine screening material, and the support to adhere the support to the coarse mesh layer and to glue the at least two layers of fine screening material to the coarse mesh layer.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'un ensemble tamis pour un crible vibrant. A cet effet, commence par coller à la colle l'une contre l'autre au moins deux couches d'un fin matériau de tamis. On laisse prendre la colle de façon à former un ensemble d'au moins épaisseurs de matériau de tamis. On soumet cet ensemble à un préchauffage, puis on le place dans un appareil chauffant. On dispose sur cet ensemble placé sur l'appareil chauffant une couche à maillage grossier que 'on recouvre d'une matière activée par la chaleur de façon à faire adhérer le support à la couche à maillage grossier. En chauffant la couche à maillage grossier, les deux couches de fin matériau de tamis considérées, et le support, on fait adhérer le support à la couche à maillage grossier et on fait coller les deux couches de fin matériau de tamis considérées à la couche à maillage grossier.
