The invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer comprising a blend of a rubber and a thermoplastic resin, the rubber being at least partially cured. The invention is characterized in that the thermoplastic elastomer comprises: A) a thermoplastic resin, B) an amorphous polyolefin, selected from an amorphous .alpha.-olefin homopolymer, in which the .alpha.-olefin has 3-20 C- atoms, and an amorphous .alpha.-olefin copolymer, based on ethylene and a .alpha.-olefin having 3-20 C-atoms, and C) an at least partially cured rubber, wherein the ratio of component (B) to components (A + B) is between 15 and 75 wt.%, the component C is present between 25 and 90 wt.% (based on (A + B + C)), and wherein the amorphous polyolefin (component B) is uncured.
Cette invention concerne un élastomère thermoplastique qui se compose d'un mélange de caoutchouc et de résine thermoplastique, ledit caoutchouc étant au moins partiellement solidifié. Cette invention a ceci de particulier que l'élastomère thermoplastique comprend les éléments suivants: A) une résine thermoplastique; B) une polyoléfine amorphe choisie entre, d'une part, un homopolymère d'.alpha.-oléfine amorphe dans lequel l'.alpha.-oléfine comporte de 3 à 20 atomes de C et, d'autre part, un copolymère d'.alpha.-oléfine amorphe à base d'éthylène et d'une .alpha.-oléfine comportant de 3 à 20 atomes de carbone; et enfin (C), un caoutchouc au moins partiellement solidifié. Le rapport entre le composant B et le groupe de composants (A + B) varie entre 15 et 75 % en poids, tandis que le composant C représente une quantité variant entre 25 et 90 % en poids par rapport à (A + B + C), étant entendu que la polyoléfine amorphe (composant B) n'est pas solidifiée.
