It is intended to provide a human amyloid .beta. peptide (hereinafter referred to as A.beta.) antibody which binds to A.beta. and inhibits the aggregation of A.beta. molecules, and its antibody fragment. The above-described antibody or its antibody fragment has the variable region of human anti-A.beta. antibody and strongly reacts with A.beta. to thereby exert an effect of inhibiting the aggregation thereof. The above antibody and its antibody fragment are usable as A.beta. detection reagents, preventives/remedies for Alzheimer~s disease or diagnostics therefor.
Il est prévu de fournir un anticorps de .beta. peptide amyloïde humain (ci-après appelé A.beta.) qui se lie à A.beta. et inhibe l~agrégation de molécules A.beta., et son fragment anticorps. L~anticorps décrit ci-dessus ou son fragment anticorps a la région variable de l~anticorps anti-A humain et réagit fortement avec A.beta. pour exercer un effet d~inhibition de l~agrégation de celui-ci. L~anticorps ci-dessus et son fragment anticorps peuvent être utilisés en tant que réactifs de détection de A.beta., de préventifs/remèdes pour la maladie d~Alzheimer ou son diagnostic.
