The present invention relates to a device comprising a substrate based essentially on nitinol and, arranged thereon at least partially, a covering or a coating based on at least one polyphosphazene derivative having the general formula (I), a process for its production, and the use of the device as an artificial implant, vascular or nonvascular stent, catheter, thrombolectomy or embolectomy catheter, fragmentation spindle or catheter, filter, vascular connector, hernia patch, oral, dental or throat implant or urether.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif comportant un substrat essentiellement à base de nitinol, et une couche ou un revêtement à base d'au moins un dérivé polyphosphate de formule générale (I) au moins partiellement appliquée sur ledit substrat. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication dudit dispositif ainsi que son utilisation en tant qu'implant artificiel, stent vasculaire ou non vasculaire, sonde, sonde de thromboléctomie ou d'emboléctomie, sonde ou broche de fragmentation, filtre, lien vasculaire, pièce à hernies, implant buccal, dentaire ou destiné à la gorge, ou sonde urétérale.
