The invention provides a system for obtaining information related to pipes (4) transporting a fluid flow (28), and/or related to the fluid. The system includes a self-contained module (1;30) including a data acquisition means (10), of which a backward analysis enables the obtainment of information related to the pipes and/or the fluid, and a data storage means (11) for storing data acquired by said data acquisition means, the self-contained module constructed to be pushed by the fluid flow after being fed into the pipes. The invention also includes a mechanical link (2) connected to the self-contained module and accessible from outside the pipes.

L'invention propose un système pour obtenir des informations relativement à une canalisation (4) transportant un flux de fluide (28) et/ou relativement au fluide. Ce système comprend un module autonome (1;30) comprenant des moyens d'acquisition (10) de données dont une analyse postérieure permet l'obtention d'informations relativement à la canalisation et/ou au fluide et des moyens de mémorisation (11 ) des données acquises par lesdits moyens d'acquisition de données, le module autonome étant agencé pour être poussé par le flux de fluide après avoir été introduit à l'intérieur de la canalisation. Il comprend en outre un lien mécanique (2) relié au module autonome et accessible depuis l'extérieur de la canalisation.
