This invention relates to an emergency opening device for a swinging folding door or a swinging folding gate, using an electric motor drive with a switchable electromagnetic coupling for closing and opening the door panels. The invention teaches that the door has an emergency opening device, whereby the emergency opening device consists of elastic tension or compression means to which a pre-load can be applied during the closing of the door, which tension or compression means are engaged in the drive shaft of the outer panel or in the vicinity of the main closing edge of the inner panel.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ouverture de secours pour une porte pivotante et pliante (1) ou un portail pivotant et pliant, mettant en oeuvre un mécanisme d'entraînement par moteur électrique, comportant un embrayage électromagnétique commutable pour ouvrir et fermer les battants (2, 2', 3, 3'). L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif d'ouverture de secours affecté à la porte comporte un organe de traction ou de pression élastique (12, 15, 19, 22) pouvant être précontraint lors de la fermeture de la porte et agissant sur l'axe d'entraînement (6, 6') du battant extérieur (2, 2') ou bien dans la région de l'arête de fermeture principale (7, 7') du battant intérieur (3, 3').
