The present invention relates to an intraoral medical device comprising: ~ a mouth opener (2) formed by a tubular element (4) arranged to define an access to the oral cavity of the patient, ~ a tongue depressor (1) designed to be inserted removably into the tubular element (4) and having: - a channel (12) through which a breathable gas is injected and which opens out at the distal end of said tongue depressor, - a conduit through which surgical instruments are passed and which opens out at the distal end of said tongue depressor, the mouth opener (2) comprising an injection conduit (20) designed to be connected to a source of breathable gas and configured to inject said gas into the oral cavity of the patient when the tongue depressor (1) is not inserted in the tubular element (4) and to inject said gas into the injection channel (12) of said tongue depressor when the latter is inserted in said tubular element.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif médical intra-buccal comportant : ~ un ouvre-bouche (2) formé d'un élément tubulaire (4) arrangé pour définir un accès à la cavité buccale du patient, ~ un abaisse-langue (1) adapté pour s'insérer de manière amovible dans l'élément tubulaire (4) et comportant : - un canal d'injection (12) d'un gaz respirable débouchant au niveau de l'extrémité distale dudit abaisse-langue, - un conduit pour le passage d'instruments chirurgicaux débouchant à l'extrémité distale dudit abaisse-langue, l'ouvre-bouche (2) comportant un conduit d'injection (20) adapté pour être relié à une source de gaz respirable et configuré pour injecter ledit gaz dans la cavité buccale du patient lorsque l'abaisse-langue (1) n'est pas inséré dans l'élément tubulaire (4) et pour injecter ledit gaz dans le canal d'injection (12) dudit abaisse-langue lorsque ce dernier est inséré dans ledit élément tubulaire.
