A process for the production of hollow-fiber membrane bundles whose ends are fixed with a casting material, characterized by fixing the ends of hollow-fiber membranes with a casting material with an insert placed in a hollow fiber membrane bundle at a nearer site to the center of the bundle than the region for forming a fixed part and then removing the insert from the interior of the resulting bundle; and a process for producing hollow-fiber membrane filter elements by using the above process. The hollow-fiber membrane bundle obtained by the process of the invention can be used in various filtration methods including external-pressure filtration.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de faisceaux de membranes à fibres creuses dont les extrémités sont fixées avec un matériau de coulée. Ledit procédé se caractérise par la fixation des extrémités des membranes à fibres creuses avec un matériau de coulée, un insert étant placé dans un faisceau de membrane à fibres creuses sur un site se trouvant plus près du centre du faisceau que la zone destinée à former une partie fixe, puis par le retrait de l'insert situé à l'intérieur du faisceau obtenu. L'invention porte aussi sur un procédé de production d'éléments filtrant la membrane à fibres creuses grâce au procédé susmentionné. Le faisceau de membrane à fibres creuses obtenu grâce au procédé de l'invention peut servir lors de divers procédés de filtration dont la filtration par pression externe.
