Apoptosis and/or necrosis related disorders in the mammalian body, namely radiation exposure disorders, chemical exposure and ingestion disorders, neurological disorders and physical trauma disorders, are treated, and their onset is counteracted by pre-conditioning, by extracting from the mammalian body an aliquot of blood, subjecting the extracted aliquot, ex vivo, to an oxidative stressor such as exposure to ozone gas, a temperature stressor, i.e. temperatures above or below body temperatures, and ultraviolet light, and re- injecting the treated blood aliquot into the mammalian body. The treatment has the effect of decreasing apoptosis/necrosis in the body, and of pre- conditioning the body better to withstand subsequently encountered apoptosis- inducing events.

Cette invention permet de traiter les troubles apparaissant chez les mammifères en raison de l'apoptose et/ou de la nécrose des cellules, à savoir les troubles dus à l'exposition à des rayonnements, les troubles liés à l'exposition ou à l'ingestion de produits chimiques, les troubles neurologiques, les troubles liés à des traumatismes physiques. On lutte contre l'apparition de ces troubles à l'aide d'un prétraitement, consistant à prélever une partie aliquote de sang du mammifère, à exposer, ex vivo, la partie aliquote prélevée à un agent d'oxydation, tel que l'ozone gazeux, à un agresseur thermique, c'est-à-dire des températures supérieures ou inférieures à la température corporelle, et à un rayonnement ultraviolet, et à réinjecter la partie aliquote de sang traitée dans le corps du mammifère. Ce traitement a pour effet la diminution de l'apoptose /de la nécrose des cellules du mammifère et constitue un prétraitement permettant au corps de mieux réagir aux futurs facteurs déclenchants de l'apoptose.
