A razor blade shaving assembly comprising an elongate body having a first end portion and a second end portion and a razor blade retaining means adjacent the first end portion adapted to receive a razor blade as to allow a blade to contact the surface of hair bearing skin, the improvement comprising water supply means for operably supplying water to the skin surface adjacent the razor blade retaining means at a skin portion selected from ahead of or at the razor blade retaining means. The assembly provides for a more comfortable shave.
