The present invention provides a battery pack which is capable of enhancing a short-circuit prevention effect, and electronic equipment using this battery pack. The battery pack 31 has a battery built in the case 32 and an output terminal 47 which is electrically connected to the battery and provided in such a manner as directed towards the outside of the case 32. The battery pack 31 has an output section 34 that is provided in orthogonal to a virtual plane including a mount reference plane for the electronic equipment (under surface 33B) of the case 32, with a space between the virtual plane and the output section 34. The output section 34 is provided with an output terminal 47.

L'invention concerne un bloc-batterie capable d'améliorer un effet de prévention des courts- circuits ainsi que le matériel électronique alimenté par le bloc-batterie. Le bloc-batterie (31) est en fait une batterie insérée dans un boîtier (32) et une borne de sortie (47) branchée à la batterie et installée de manière à être orientée vers l'extérieur du boîtier (32). Le bloc-batterie (31) comporte une zone de sortie (34) perpendiculaire à un plan virtuel comprenant un plan de référence pour l'installation sur l'appareil électronique (sous la surface 33B) du boîtier (32). On trouve également un espace entre le plan virtuel et la zone de sortie (34). La zone de sortie (34) est pourvue d'une borne de sortie (47).
