A dropping pipe type granular crystal manufacturing apparatus (1) capable of manufacturing generally spherical crystal bodies by rapidly solidifying the granular droplets of an inorganic material by using the contact thereof with the inside wall surface of a dropping pipe as a solidifying trigger while jetting the droplets from the nozzles of a rotating crucible by a centrifugal force and allowing the droplets to fall freely inside the dropping pipe. The crucible (12) is disposed at the upper end of the dropping pipe (4), stores the melted solution of the inorganic material, and is rotatable around the vertical axis thereof, and the plurality of small diameter nozzles (23) formed radially from the vertical axis thereof are formed at the outer peripheral part of the crucible (12). The crucible (12) is rotatingly driven by a rotatingly driving means (13), the crucible (12) and the inorganic material stored in the crucible (12) are heated by a heating means (15), and cooling gas flow is formed in the dropping pipe (4) by a gas flow formation means (5).
Appareil de fabrication de cristaux granulaires de type à compte-gouttes capillaire (1) capable de fabriquer des corps cristallins généralement sphériques par solidification rapide de gouttelettes granulaires d~une substance minérale en utilisant son contact avec la surface de paroi intérieure d~un compte-gouttes capillaire comme déclenchement de la solidification, tout en pulvérisant les gouttelettes des buses d~un creuset rotatif par une force centrifuge et en permettant aux gouttelettes de tomber librement à l~intérieur du compte-gouttes capillaire. Le creuset (12) est disposé au niveau de l~extrémité supérieure du compte-gouttes capillaire (4), conserve la solution fondue de la substance minérale et peut être entraîné en rotation autour de son axe vertical, et la pluralité de buses (23) de petit diamètre formées radialement à partir de son axe vertical sont formées au niveau de la partie périphérique extérieure du creuset (12). Le creuset (12) est entraîné en rotation par un moyen d~entraînement en rotation (13), le creuset (12) et la substance minérale conservée dans le creuset (12) sont chauffés par un moyen de chauffage (15), et un écoulement de gaz de refroidissement est formé dans le compte-gouttes capillaire (4) par un moyen de formation d~écoulement de gaz (5).
