Polymers based on olefinically unsaturated compounds having a molecular weight from 252 to 800 which contain (i) 7 to 24% by weight of urethane moieties and (ii) 5 to 17% by weight of isocyanate moieties bonded to tertiary carbon atoms which in turn form a part of a cycloaliphatic ring. are useful as one of the components of a two component binder system for coating compositions or sealing compositions hardenable by the weight of moisture.
