At least one flow channel (14) is provided in an injection molding machine housing (12) for resin flow, said flow channel having an inlet area (16) for receiving resin and an outlet area (18) for transferring resin to a mold cavity (20) or further downstream. An elongated shaft (36) or valve gate (74) extends in the flow channel (14). At least one spiral groove (46) is provided in the flow channel facing the shaft (36) that decreases in depth towards the outlet area, thereby mixing the molten resin.

L'invention concerne un mélangeur comprenant au moins un canal d'écoulement (14) servant à l'écoulement de la résine, contenu dans un logement (12) de machine de moulage par injection, ledit canal d'écoulement possédant une zone d'entrée (16) destinée à recevoir de la résine et une zone de sortie (18) destinée au transfert de résine vers une cavité d'un moule (20) ou plus en aval. Une tige allongée (36) ou un obturateur (74) s'étend dans le canal d'écoulement (14). Au moins une rainure hélicoïdale (46) située dans le canal d'écoulement face à la tige (36), dont la profondeur décroît vers la zone de sortie, permet de mélanger la résine.
