A granular detergent composition having a bulk density of at least 650 g/l, comprising: (i) granular surfactant agglomerates which comprise from 25% to 60% by weight of anionic surfactant and which have an average particle size of less than 480 micrometers; and (ii) from 2% to 50% by weight of granular alkalimetal percarbonate.
