A basket-style article carrier (10) for carrying nonbreakable articles (B). A divider strap (26) is connected to and extends between opposite side panels (12). The strap (26) is connected to the side panels (12) by a glue flap (22, 24) at each end, one (22) of which is connected by fold line (38) to the upper edge of the associated side panel (12). The strap (26) causes the carrier (10) to resist bowing when an article (B) is removed, thereby preventing excessive sagging which otherwise tends to allow the remaining articles (B) in the carrier (10) to fall out.

Un bandeau de cloisonnement (26) relie deux volets latéraux opposés (12) où il est collé par une bandelette (22, 24) située à chacune de ses extrémités, l'une (22) étant reliée par une ligne de pliage (38) au bord supérieur du volet latéral associé (12). Ce bandeau (26) permet au porte-article (10) de résister à un infléchissement quand on retire un article (B), ce qui prévient un affaissement excessif risquant autrement de laisser tomber les autres articles (B) hors de ce porte-article (10).
