This invention relates to transportation and energy production technologies and by using wheel rim(s) or wheel rim axle shaft(s) in a vehicle to drive certain devices within the present invention in order to harness the surplus power, energy and effort of a vehicle's wheel(s) in order to simultaneously capture, compress and store a vehicle's exhaust gases, possibly recycle the captured exhaust gases and possibly generate electrical energy.
