A carton (150) includes a pivoting, reclosable lid (160) that allows a top end of the carton to be accessed and subsequently closed. If a bag or other flexible vessel (110) is accommodated within the carton (150), a first section (161) of the lid can be pivoted toward a first side panel (30) so that the vessel (110) is pressed between the first lid section (161) and the first side panel (30). The bag contents are thereby securely retained within the carton.

Si un sac ou autre contenant souple (110) est placé à l~intérieur du carton (150), une première section (161) du couvercle peut être amenée à pivoter vers un premier panneau latéral (30) de sorte que le contenant (110) est comprimé entre la première section du couvercle (161) et le premier panneau latéral (30). Le contenu du sac est ainsi retenu de façon sûre à l~intérieur du carton.
