The present invention refers to a process for the preparation of printed and partially metalized plastic films with "set" metalization and to the so obtained films, wherein with the term "set" metalization we mean the deposition of the metal on the interest zone with a precision of two tenths of millimeter, said process comprising the application of a water-soluble paint in definite zones of a printed plastic film, the metalization of the film and the washing with water of the metalized film by removal of the water-soluble paint and the metal deposited on the paint itself.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation de films plastiques imprimés et partiellement métallisés au moyen d'une métallisation "définie", ce terme de métallisation "définie" signifiant que le dépôt de métal sur la zone à traiter est effectué avec une précision de deux dixièmes de millimètre. L'invention se rapporte également aux films obtenus conformément à ce procédé. Ledit procédé consiste en l'application d'une couche de peinture soluble dans l'eau sur des zones définies d'un film plastique imprimé, la métallisation dudit film puis son lavage à l'eau par retrait de la peinture soluble à l'eau et du métal déposé sur la peinture même.
