The present invention provides a process for the production of an organic iodinated X-ray contrast agent, characterized in that process control comprises vibrational (e.g. infrared, Raman or preferably near-infrared) spectroscopic monitoring of the reaction mixture in at least one of the process steps, preferably one of the final reaction steps.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un agent de contraste aux rayons X organique et iodé caractérisé en ce que la gestion du processus consiste à suivre le mélange réactionnel par spectroscopie vibratoire (infrarouge, Raman ou de préférence infrarouge proche) pendant au moins l'une des étapes du processus, de préférence une étape finale.
