These drugs are also useful in preventing and treating hyperchemokinemia and hepatic diseases.

L'invention concerne des médicaments préventifs/et des remèdes contre la défaillance de plusieurs organes provoquée par l'aggravation de la septicémie, de l'hyperchémokinémie et des maladies hépatiques, contenant un agent antithrombine et/ou un inhibiteur de synthèse de la thrombine utilisé comme agent actif. Du fait qu'on peut les utiliser dans la prévention ou le traitement de maladies telles que la septicémie, la septicémie sévère, un choc septique et la défaillance de plusieurs organes, ces médicaments sont utiles pour traiter un traumatisme, une brûlure, un malaise dû à la chaleur, une infection sévère, etc., provoqués en particulier par les accidents de la route, en cas de soins d'urgence.
